What time is check in and out?

Check-in: 3pm

Check-out: 11am

Early check in and late check out are sometimes available, for a fee, although we are unable to guarantee either prior to the date of arrival.

Stay & save

When you book 7+ nights or more in any accommodation, you will receive a discount. From October through April, you will receive an automatic 20% off of your stay. During all other months, you will receive 10% off of your stay.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes! Dogs are allowed for a one-time additional fee of $50 per stay for motel rooms, cabins, and A-Frames. The renter of the unit will be held responsible for any and all damages or injury to any property or persons with-in the park. It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog. Waste bags are provided in the park, and it is the responsibility of the Resident to clean up after your dog(s) and is grounds for removal. All dogs must be leashed and attended to at all times when outside. Dogs are not allowed to run at large. Park Management reserves the right to deny a Resident a dog, if proposed dog would pose a threat to the health and safety of Residents of the Park.

What is your cancellation policy?

We charge a $20 Cancellation Fee for any cancellation reason. We allow for a full refund, minus the Cancellation Fee, for any cancellation at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date. If you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we ask you to take responsibility for your entire stay. If we can re-book your site(s) or accommodation(s), a full or partial refund will be made. *A 14-day cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events.

I am here for hunting, what do I need to know?

In the event that a tag is filled, processing of animals is not permitted on property. All remains must be disposed of properly. Remains are not permitted to be thrown in the receptacles on site, and during hunting season, there is a designated dumpster at the crossroads of County Road 8 and Highway 13 for use. Remains must be stored properly in personal vehicles at all times. Violators are subject to fines and may be asked to leave property. We thank you for helping keep our property clean and welcoming for all of our guests!

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi across the property. 

What is the Trailhead Lounge?

The Trailhead Lounge is located onsite for our guests to conveniently purchase beer, wine, snacks, and merchandise. The Lounge has been setup with many seating options and areas for our guests to enjoy.

Does my room have a coffeepot?

A coffee pot and some grounds are provided for your stay.

We are located in downtown Meeker, Colorado. 

Do you provide bedding?

All of our accommodations include bed linens. 

How far are you from Denver?

We are a 3 hour and 40 minute drive from Denver, although we recommend you check traffic conditions for a more accurate estimate.
